I don't mean to be or sound offensive to women but I want to know why the legal system and society in a whole seem to believe that the mothers are the childs best interst in custody situations? I know there alot of good women out there but there are indeed alot of good fathers out there too! So what makes a woman superior in the child raising sector?

I understand that alot of women are good mothers but I have seen cases where the mothers were as unfit as unfit could be but they get custody regardless. Or how about when a father takes his ex to Court for Custody and the first thing they want to know from the father is where do you work and how much do you make or how big is your home. But these are never questions I have heard them ask a mother. She can be jobless and never had a job and live solely on welfare and it doesn't raise a eyebrow from anyone but a father fighting for Custody better have a dang good job and a dang good Attorney? What makes them superior with the children?

I don't have a foot fetish because, as I understand it, a fetish is something that you can have sex without. But I am attracted to women's feet. I don't like smelly feet or sniffing people's used shoes or anything odd, I just like to look at women without their shoes on.

Is this a strange thing for a guy to do, or is it pretty normal? Women -- would you be freaked out to find that your boyfriend or husband was the same way? Men -- do you have any idea what I'm talking about?

I have a great opportunity to move to Texas. My parents recently moved there and are willing to buy me my own house there and pay for me to finish college. I currently live in Ca in a rented apt and on my own I won't be buying a house anytime in this life time.

I have a 2 yr old daughter and her Dad is not really involved in her life. We live about 100 miles apart and they talk a couple of times a month on the phone with really limited visitation . He has paid very little child support in the almost 3 yrs she's been alive and just overall is a user and an idiot. The whole reason we broke up was cause he couldn't keep his hands to himself. An I kicked him out the house with the clothes on his back. The cars and the Apt were in my name.

I mentioned the idea of moving and he said I can move anwhere I want but my daughter stays with him. He can't take care of himself- he lives with his Grandma. Can he force me to leave her if I move to take advantage of these great opportunities?

I’m a white guy but I’ve had a preference for Latin and Asian women for the longest time, they are not only the most beautiful women but most importantly still very feminine. You don’t really see that much in America anymore except with Latin and Asian women, Latin and Asian women generally speaking never cut their hair as short as a boy like you would see in most American women, they still wear dresses, they don’t talk like a foul mouth truck drivers, they’re respectful, responsible, and usually very loyal. The only problem I see is American culture undermining Latin and Asian women’s wonderful qualities and slowly eroding these qualities by brainwashing them with materialistic or insane feminist views. I hope this never happens though, most men like Latin and Asian women cause they are different from most American women and have these wonderful qualities that you don’t see often in other women. If Latin and Asian women change then men have nowhere to go to get away from our women.

used to live in Russia now in england and there was this boy at my old school who really liked me. back then i didnt feel anything to him, just friendship, then i suddenly moved away and didnt have the opportunity to tell him, as it was in the summer hols. 2 years later, i returned for a holiday and went to my old school's xmas party - this boy didnt even look at me! i reckon he's pi$ed off for me not telling him.

she hates me so bad,I didn't do anything to her,it's just that I'm ugly and she's good looking,she's even ashamed to walk with me in college(when she sees me she totaly ignores me,she always call me ugly and make fun of me in front of everyone and what's worse is that my parents are always with her side,they give her all the attention.(I hate all of them)

I need some advice regarding a friends... we were supposed to exchange X-Mas presents before the holidays, but I ended up going on a family vacation so we decided to exchange presents sometime when I got back town...I have been back for a few days and have left a couple of messages on my friend's cell phone, but she hasn't called me back yet. Just got engaged and dreading the fact that between us, we have 5 neices and nephews. We want them to be attendants. To avoid a massive family argument, is it ok to ask two cousins to be usherettes?
