used to live in Russia now in england and there was this boy at my old school who really liked me. back then i didnt feel anything to him, just friendship, then i suddenly moved away and didnt have the opportunity to tell him, as it was in the summer hols. 2 years later, i returned for a holiday and went to my old school's xmas party - this boy didnt even look at me! i reckon he's pi$ed off for me not telling him.
now im starting to have feelings for him - i dunno why. one of this year's resolution i told myself i'd patch things up with him, just to explain that i'm sorry and see if he wants to start things up, but i dont know how he'll react

He probably is upset just make it known to him that you did this quickly without notice and you apologize for not telling him. It would probably be best if you were upfront with him, try to get him to go out for coffee or something with you and patch things up. Maybe then you can start going out

It doesn't sound like you have had time to create any real feelings for him, but if you insist on pursuing this guy, you need to find a way to communicate with him either by email or letter or something and explain yourself. Honest and direct communication is what males prefer, however I would probably advise you to find someone else that makes sense. This is a bit tangled

Maybe he have simply moved on. And he dont want to let old past hurt him. I know I was hurt when some i like did not responce. many month later i dont want to see her cuz she hurted me so much. You guys need to go a dinner and just talk thinks out. just be friends.

Why not write him and just apologize for your behavior. Learn from your mistake so that way you will not repeat it later on.
More than likely he has moved past this so it is proubly a good idea once you let him know you feel bad to forgive yourself and move on. good luck.

i dont actually know what the question is, but my advice is to call him and tell him all you want to say. then see how he reacts, and if it's a good reaction then just take things from there, and if not, just say goodbye to him and move on...you'll find someone else.
