i have had a major crush on one of my close friends for 2 years. People constantly ask us if we go out, and his friends tell me that he has feelings for me too. If we start going out, do you think that will ruin our friendship if it doesnt work out?

I tampered with the brakes on my 70 year old wifes wheelchair for a laugh(I like to stay young at heart)and she tumbled into a lamp post, afterwards, when she got back from the hospital, she said she was sorry for crashing her wheelchair and offered to reimburse me for it, now is that love?

Did you read a book yet today and complete your workout so that your minds and bodies don't turn to further mush? I knocked out "War & Peace" this morning, did 1000 pushups and 1000 cruches. Now, I'm going to reward myself with a small piece of fruit.

I have a friends with benefits issue. It started with we were talking about two years ago, eveything was going fine but I thought he did not want anything serious so I got involved with another guy. We have stopped talking for about a year. Just recently I got single again and we've been seeing eachother again. I've fallen so inlove with him. But my friends tell me not to see him because he is on and off with his ex-girlfriend! Every time we see eachother we end up going to the next level. What should I do? I'm so in love with him. Should I listen to my friend?

well he's in the same class as me and is currently sitting right beside me and we are pretty good friends,we flirt quite a lot,i don't know but just recently,i caught him staring at me quite a lot,he was sitting beside me so occasionally,he'll just turn and look at me and then turn back again, and there was once when i told him i wanted to go catch a movie,he said "ok,ask me along!" i mean why can't HE ask me instead of having me to ask him to the movies??and he's got this habit of calling my name and then flashing me that wide grin of his and i was telling one of my pal that a guy asked me out but not sure if i shd go & when he heard that,he didn't utter a single word i got this feeling that he fancies me but then again,he tells me about the girls he likes and using his cell in class doing god knows what, perhaps texting other girls?i don know how i'm feeling right now no romantic feelings but i feel weird, confused i think, can someone help me sort it out pls?

My mother-in-law died in November. It was very sad - she'd come over here for a holiday, developed cancer and never went home. She became ill at my sister-in-law's house and was soon too ill to move. My sister-in-law was very good, looked after her, etc etc. This was especially generous as she and my bil have split up. Anyway, in less than a month my mil died in hospital, which is where she actually wanted to be.
We had planned to scatter the ashes together as a family but my sil and bil have decided to - wait for it - divide the ashes in two, giving us one half. Because my sil wants to "get it over and done with before she goes on holiday".
I think this is disrespectful to my mil and so we are having to fly, book into an hotel (when we really are financially tight after the funeral Christmas, other probs) and scatter the ashes in one lot.
What do you think?

I found out my husband cheated on me, I went home to pack his clothes and chuck the bast**d out then thought better of it, I got out the suitcases, poured bleach on every item of clothing before putting them in the suitcase ..... it was very satisfying! I then put the suitcases on the doorstep, called his mother told her what he had been up to, and that she best pick up the suitcases before they accidently on purpose ignite.
He was fuming when he saw his clothes, he rang me shouting his mouth off .... and all he got in return was hysterical laughter down the line.
Karma did happen, she dumped him the same day and he now has to live with his nutty mother and her dopy boyfriend.
Ha Ha!!
In the end he has done me a favor, I rid of that loser!! Now it's time to find a real man.

This is not for me but I'm asking for a friend. She knows this guy and the guy knows her whole life story... but indirectly from someone else. They do not speak to each other, they don't even smile at each other. But she has the biggest crush on him and she thinks he probally likes her too. She wants to take the relationship to the next level and she suggested valentines day. She keeps probing me for ideas and advice but I don't have any. Help will be appreciated, thanks.

I’m a guy in my early 20’s, and I’m wondering why people find it so hard to believe that there aren’t any virgins left out there, that it is a thing of the past in this day and age? Is it really that hard to believe that someone actually had the will power not to give in and have sex just for the sake of having it? Please tell me I’m not the only one who had the respect and the will power to say no to sex? Is it really that unheard of for someone to save their virginity for someone special? And before you say it, no I’m not ugly, or religious, just too sensible for my own good.

i have known a group of ppl that I'll call "friends". depending on my mood is how i'll talk. i remember there were times where i was feeling uncomfortable so when i would greet them I would give them a very "short and quick 'hi' " to the group, instead of going around saying, "hello, x", "hello, y". I have done this "short 'hi' " a few times, anyways, it's stuck. so everytime i'm in the room they constantly repeat it over and over again. when we go into a chat room they repeat it. they repeat other stuff that I say in a mocking way. socially, i stand out better than them cuz i'm more personable, but I find it utterly annoying that they continue to sit there at a table and say things that I type in response to them, such as "omg, oh ok, o i c, lol ". it's everytime i see them which is on a weekly basis and chatting is also on a weekly basis. let me know what you all think. also, i'm 25, they are older (a couple of years older) and drink a lot lol.
