This whole thing started about a year ago, I sent her an e-valentines and she responded well. We dropped off from talking via instant messenger a month or two later. I picked up a relationship with another girl for some months and just got off. Out of nowhere we come in contact again just last night. Surprisingly she remembers a lot about what I told her a year ago, and although she goes to school about 6-7 hours away from me now, she is also taken.

It also surprised me to find out she still really wants to find out who I am. She told me some things that seemed sincere such as she really enjoys talking to me, I make her feel good, she wants to find out more about me. I never meant for the situation to blow up the way it did. It just happened. She was taken a year ago and still is, I'd be like a cat and pounce on the situation if she was single and tell her who I was. But shes still taken. However, what she told me makes it seem like she really wants to know.

Should I tell her?

If you read my last post you will see that last wed my bf hung out with his ex gf for 3 hours having drinks and talking- he told her he still loved her, he missed her, kissed her on the cheek, and told her hes single now (WHEN WERE STILL TOGETHER been for 3 months) then the next day he was texting her sweet messages and telling her all kinds of things that i KNOW are the truth because she sent them to me and also the times she told me about them going for drinks etc. coincided with him shutting off his phone and going in the bathroom to call me and tell me he'll come to my house at 1030! He told me he was having drinks with friends but he came over and was drunk! Either way im just devastated because i really thought he truly loved me...Hes in the army and hes away right now 415 days...I found this out yesteday so i texted it all to him left him a rude voicemail and then changed my cell #! I changed my entire college schedule (we were gonna take bio 2gether) i dont want to hear him out

I asked my girlfriend to marry me because I love her. I know she is not an overly happy person. So you might ask if I am generally happy why would I marry someone who is not? She is inpatient, has anger outbursts, often inflexible, her way is right, sets her self up for dissapointment with high expectations. I guess we all can be this way?

I wonder if I am overly looking at the negative in her. She can be kind and thoughtful. She looks out for me. She can be funny and intimate. She is forgiving.

I am no perfect piece of work. I don't struggle so much with those area's. I have fears of being controlled and not having freedom. I want her to be kind ALL THE TIME. I hate to fight. But I am learning. This is my first relationship. So what I think makes this interesting is I see things I need to change. So I am trying to figure out who I am and what I can do to well be the best me. I don't know who I am. I have become this more caring, intuitive, less selfish person. She is changing to

My ex walked all over me. His family always told me not to be a doormat. I kicked him out and he still tries to play head games with me - and make me do what he wants and i asked him why and he said "cause you like it"
What can I do not to ever be treated this way again?
I did everything and anything to make this guy happy and still left alone.

For guys its quite easy. the minute we see another good lucking girl and has that sudden attraction, we could easily forget the EX even if its recent. Would this be the same for women? Are women equally as visual as guys when it comes to over coming an EX or are women more into the personal intimacy feelings that can only be build upon through gradual step. Basically im asking, do women get that sudden attraction towards another guy and forget about her Ex easily. Or are they more into the emotional where the only way to get over an EX is to know someone else and slowly build the relationship and intimacy?

i have a friend. She's been married the same time i've been. She goes out shopping. spends a lot of money (this is a weekly ritual for her), goes out to dance by herself, takes the car and leaves whenever she feels like, and her husband is ga-ga over her.
I on the other hand, come home directly from work, haven't even thought about going out by myself at night, and try to save our money for our retirement years, But my husband treats me like he feels he owns me.
we both are young, good looking and with 2 small children, so what in the world does he want!?!?!

I mean someone who is calling you vile names and yelling. What can you say to make them stop and make them think of themselves as a real jerk for going off in the first place? Any smart comebacks or effective words?

My boyfriend told me i was the most important thing in the world...and he truely loved me so much - everyone could see that. But he finished with me, saying that he needed to concentrate on a career path and he needed a clear head to do that (i.e - no love life). It hurt but i could somewhat understand him. Now i find out he is actually with a girl i suspected him to be cheating on me with...his bosses daughter no less (this was convienient to why she was always at his work). what really hurts is that he lied to me about her, even when i asked if he was leavin me for someone else -he told me he could never do that to me! he made me feel like i was stupid and paranoid.
Should i confront him now i know? or does that make me more of a loser...its unfair he gets away with it :(

Once I know I can, I get bored with a guy. I only follow through if there's nothing cool going on. It's so much better with a girl. Am I the only one?

For the first part of the 20th century, oprhanages were prevalent in the United States and foster care was unheard of. Today, foster care seems to be the norm, but I don't think it is any better than an oprhanage, in fact, I would argue that it is worse. The cases of abuse in a foster family is rising, many foster parents are only in ito for the money and do not really care about the child, and children are often bounced around multiple times from family to family. This is very damaging to a child emotionally. Atlhough orphanages to not offer a mother and father figure, they would have caring adults in their lives. They would also be in a more stable environment, where they could stay for a longer period of time. As long as caring and stable individuals are found to be in charge of the oprhanage, and proper facilities are used, I think it would be a much better situation for oprhaned or homeless children.

Are there any men out there that you know of that have no interest in sex, and couldn't care less if they ever got it again? Is there such thing as a man who doesn't NEED sex on a regular basis, and doesn't jerk off every day? Is this possible? For reasons of disinterest or health problems?

My ex bf broke up with me 2 weeks ago. It's weird that he didnt block me on aim since it seems that he wants me totally out of his life. When he broke up with me he was very firm begging me to let him go and stuff. After the break up, the only convo we had was a week ago on aim and he was very cold too. After that I felt akward since both of us are on aim for hours and dont talk to each other. So I let myself disappear by being invisible. Then i noticed that everytime my ex signed in he only stayed for like 5 minutes and then signed off. This is weird b/c when i was visible both of us would be online for hours. I dont know why he does this now. Is it possible that he is looking for me?but he never talks to me when he can see me online. i just wonder why he is doing this sign-on-sign-off trick. Btw, the reason of the break up is he doesnt want a relationship right now, which i believe him. he really has trouble balancing everything in his life. He's a senior in college and i'm his 1st gf
