I want to move somewhere else with my three children. Right now the children live with me and I want that to continue. Is it legal for me to move out of State with them when there father and I have joint custody? The arangement we have is he has to give me 24 hours notice before he keeps them and that never really happens because he never sees them. He lives with his mother and she keeps the kids some weekends and their dad is there half the time but does not take an active role in their lives.

when they dont give much off and you cant tell if they like you or not ie mixed signals ie hot and cold. The thing si im confused with him is he being nice or over friendly as hes been telling me stuff i dont necessarily think he tells everyone and if i make a comment hell try and think of something to agree on. Like ill say oh xmas is like any other day and hell be yeah i know or ill say i wish i had a drumset as a kid and hell be like me too. He also tries to cheer me up when im miserable

OK so I THINK I like this guy who is really up himself just because hes quite good looking and girls flock at him all the time and he really really annoys me coz he teases me all the time saying that I absolutely adore him and that it is inevitable because of how absolutely "perfect" he is. The thing is hes really sweet on msn and he tells me personal things all the time...its really confusing...i dont understand...does he like me or not? And also I like his best friend who is also quite good looking but instead of being brash and up himself, he is quite shy but is funny once you get to know him...i really actually dont know what to do and I need help.

My parents recently split up andmy mother lives in a different state. They arent divorced but they dont live together. They still talk and everything but my mom never wants to live back in the state where i am. I am 15 and live in NY. The problem is that i am going away for a weekend for a model UN trip and i dont want to my dad is forcing me too. But i found out today that when i go, he is gonan go to my mom to see her for a weekend in FL. i am mad cause i want to see ehr too and i get to see her maybe once every two months and i miss her even though what she did was wrong by leaving us i stil miss her and my normal life. i am pisssed now at my dad because he us going to see her and i cant but he is calling it a fact finding mission to go down there and still see waht is up and if they are ever gonan be together. I think it is BS and plus if i talk to my motehr i cant tell her taht i know. He then tells me that i cant be upset or cry about the whole thing. A minute ago he just called

The guy I've been dating said I am closed minded and strange for the following reasons:

I didn't lose my virginity until I was 24 because I wanted to be in a serious relationship first.

I have never tried drugs and don't want to.

I want to be in a committed relationship and wouldn't accept him saying that we are both "free."

Does that make me strange and closed minded??? I never said that other people couldn't do those things...

My situation: I love my fiance more than anything in this world. We have been together for 6 years and she means the world to me. I truly know she loves me too and wants to be with me forever. HOWEVER. She cheated on me about a year ago and I just found out. It was in a drunken night and I know that she is in love with me still, I just don't know how to act. I am worried more about what others will think of us. We are the PERFECT couple and I want to make it work. If I can evenutally trust her again that she won't even talk to this guy again will we be okay?
I just don't know what to do in my situation. Do I forgive her, break up with her (our wedding is in about 6 months), move on, punish her, what? What would you do?

I have this friend, and she never stops complaining about her boyfriends. She complains about every boyfriend she has. I even see girls asking questions on here all the time, about their boyfriends. OMG it annoys me, because I think all these women do is complain as if they like it!!!! I know men are idiots sometimes, but there not all dumb and I think most guys do try with relationships but some girls don't know when to shut up and it ruins the whole thing!

With my boyfriend we make sure everything is 50/50 and we try to make everything equal and we actually discuss our problems, so I usually don't need to ***** to my friends about him. I'm sick of listening to my friends relationship CRAPOLA. URGHHH!

We are coworkers and I gave her a nice compliment saying I enjoy being around her. She said "that's so sweet." So as I left she went and asked one of my coworker friends if I had a cursh on her. My friend said yes. She said well I think he's cute. My friend told me she thinks i'm cute so I went and told her that I have a crush on her. She said "that's so sweet. She gave me a hug and after we hug I told her I would of told her sooner, but she you have a boyfriend. She didn't say anything about that really. So the next day she starts to flirt a lilttle. I didn't flirt back because she has a boyfriend.I gave this girl this letter well here's what it said When we first talk and after the conversation was over I started to like you. So everytime when you talk to me I get butterflies and feel tigly inside. Also when we make eye contact I get nervous. That's why you see me not making too much eye contact with you. I enjoy your company. I still have a crush on you.When you told me you might get another job I was sad. You're such a sweet,kind, and caring person. I gave it to her 2 weeks ago and when I saw her the next day she didn't say anything about it. I didn't asked her about it. I was kinda down that day and really didn't feel like talking. Anyways I didn't tease her back or flirt with her back because she has a boyfriend. I played it cool and kinda ignore her I just wasn't in the mood to talk. And she knew that. I hope you have the best christmas you ever had. I hope you are well and smiling. She was about to cry after she read it. I told her not to and she gave me a hug and that was it. She talk to friend and he told me what she said. "Well she like it, but she didn't want it because her boyfriend would be so mad at her for accepting it." She didn't give it back to me, she left it in the front office and told the manager about the situation. She told him that I like her and treat her different than other girl employees and she feels uncomfortable around me. And told the manager she just wants to be friends with me. She did keep it after she clock out of work. So this past wednesday I was walking near her and the manager and she thought I was walking towards her, but I wasn't she walk away pretty fast in a different direction. So we both ignore each other that night. And havn't seen each other since. Her coworker friend said she talks about me, but nothing negative. Were both in are late teens.
So what should I do? What would you do if you were in my shoes?

Most of my guy friends still think like that, but with all the spastic feminists around I don't know if it's dying out.

Oh, and by "protective" I mean not letting a girl walk alone late at night if it's a rough area, or even just helping her carry something heavy.

I myself like the idea that a guy is watching out for me... and plus me and him combined could do a whole lot more damage to a potential mugger than just me alone. =P

We went to this festival with my mum's relative (tourist) and while we were looking @ a stall this guy came & he started showing us things and all that. I thought he was a tour guide of the festival but then he kept chatting to me and he even asked for my number. Altho i have a phone i lied and said i don't have a phone. He wanted to give me his number though but i said no. He followed us to the car park then my lil' bro ran to the car and locked the doors. (We were with my mum and the relative then tho)

THinking about this is making me feel sick and i refused to eat 2day's dinner. i don't want to tell my parents. Whenever we go out i always worry that i might bump into that guy. Pleeease help. How can i get over this??!

P.S I wouldn't have minded if the guy was still young but that guy was OLD!! Like double my age!! (I am 13 and i think he was in his 30's)
