If her feelings are the same and she's playing hard to get then I'd say that she wants romance. She might be tired of the dating scene and the whole thing about milk and buying the cow and has reservations about jumping into a new relationship. If she's worth it, chase her.

If I find them likeable I will play or else I will just ignore. If they hurt me feelings even a TINY bit, I will make them VERY sorry.

well it depends if i like them i will be nice and kinda hard to get if i dont like them ill still be nice but not flirtsy. i would not be mean.
