My sister keep making fun of me and calling me ugly so today I punched her on her face and now my parents are putting all the blame on me!!

so what if your sister called you ugly!
there is no reason for domestic violence and you need to get some serious help if you're punching your sister in the face...SHAME on you!
hitting a sibling, especially a girl, when you're a boy, is totally inexcusable....
grow up! go for a walk, scream into a pillow, shoot some basketball, find another way of venting against someone who might be immature herself, but NOTHING she did justifies what YOU did it

yea u kinda shudn't have hit her. But i know how u feel cos i've hit my bro alot but only wen he starts it. He threw a glass jug at me once! But parents didn't do anything. Jus apoligise in front ur parents and act sincer about it. Then you'll be the good guy again trust me

Absolutely...you resorted to violence so you should be punished. You shouldn't hate your parents for punishing you, they did what was necessary, to show you that what you did was unacceptable. Apologize to your sister, and the next time she calls you ugly tell her that her freinds don't think so...just leave it at that...no matter what she says do not say more
