Ask him if he's single... Start conversations with him. Find things you both have in common, and from there be like, so maybe we should hang out some time.

Oh, wow. That sounds like a lot of fun waiting to happen there.
There's plenty of things you can do, but I'd suggest keeping it on the down-low at work. Some bosses frown on inter-office dating.
One thing you could do is tell him that a bunch of guys from the office are meeting at a bar or someplace at a certain time. Then you can show up in your sexiest black dress and buy him a drink.
When his guard is let down and you're both having fun, you can just say, "You know, no one else is coming." And when he says, "Oh yeah?" Then you can say, "I wanted us to spend some time together. You know I like you a lot..."
And take things from there! I know he'll respond well to this because every guy gets such a rush when they first find out that a female is interested in them.
I'm so excited for you guys! This should be fun.

Why don't you start a conversation up about work ideas for an ice breaker. Say "hey you want to get a cup of coffee (soda, a drink whatever you are into) sometime." And see what he says, the worst that could happen is he says no. By then you should know if you should pursue him or not.

Plan a nice outing to a park.. you can always bring a blanket and take a nap together. At least you will be in each others arms. If you want something more sexual.. find a secluded spot and then let the fireworks begin. Be Safe!

Just chill. Be yourself. You don't have to do tricks to attract guys. If you do I promise you'll attract the wrong kind. You're sounding too desperate. This guy might get the wrong ideas from the start. Really, chill out.

Dont call him if he does not ask you to call him...Instead find something you both are intersted in and go from there. If he likes basketball get some tickets to a game and tell him you have a extra one and invite him. Concert,football game, favorite food take him to your secret restaurant that you both have favorite food in common.

i was in the same situation once,so what i did was talked to him during work hours as if i was the friendly type(you know the type who talks to everyone)when i found out what i wanted to know about him i started to flirt alittle,and 10 years later here we are with 3 great children.

Call him late at night and just tell him you are just calling to say good night and see if he ask you something else and take it from there, also leave a message on his desk inviting him for diner and drinks after work.
