No, you are just in the infatuation/lust phase. True love takes time to develop. You can know the feelings are there but LOVE (true love) can't happen at this stage. You'll know the difference between now and truly loving someone when it gets to that point.

it is possible to be in love with some one you have just met! or have never dated! so i would say true love is in the air

If not there, then on your way to it...depends on how well you know him, how much time you've spent together, etc. The "new" is still on that relationship and more realistic feelings don't show up until that phase has passed...
