I have and usually when that's done ...there's no relationship. It seems as if most guys lose respect for a girl when she puts out so easily. One time I went on a date and a guy was trying to get my pants off and I was like "Hands off I didn't even shave my legs" and he was like "That says a lot about you because if you shaved your legs before our date that means you were expecting to get some " lol What's really stupid is that a guy can have sex on the first or second date and it's okay but the girl that does that is dirty or slutty. I really think that's bullsh*t. Women like sex too , I don't understand why it's so bad when we do it. There were times where I definitely wished I wouldn't have done it. Now I'm married with 3 kids and I think back to how it really wasn't worth it at all.

Contrary to popular belief: One thing has very little to do with the other.
I have met and slept with a woman within minutes of meeting her and we lived together for 2 years...I have 'dated' a woman for weeks and weeks and when we finally decided the time was right for sex, found that we were completely incompatible in bed!
It's about timing, attraction and rythym, pure and simple. If it isn't right, you can wait until the cows come home, it still isn't going to be right; or you could grab each other and run into the patch of woods where you first meet and bang like bunnies 5 minutes after meeting and never leave each other. The rest is all bullshed the teach you to gain control over society...

Sure, and I was never sorry, it also never turned into a long term relationship either. How could you be serious with someone who gives it up the first time you go out, how many other times have they done that? And yes, I know they could think the same thing about me, which works, then nobody gets hurt.

I have never had sex on the first date. However, I did have sex with a guy I used to have a fling with the first time I saw him again (after a few conversations about it). We ended up having a serious relationship so sometimes sex "too early" doesn't ruin your chances.

So many people answered in so many ways. I admire the many of you that can walk away and I also admire those who have been able to have a serious relationship with commiment and marriage. I have never been lucky at either. So to all of you I salute you. May you always be happy and content.

I think it depends on the people involved, i've never understood a guy/girl saying they don't want to be with someone who gave it up on the first date. Technically both people gave it up which makes them equal and so one night shouldn't determine whether or not you want a relationship with someone. If you want it and he/she wants it then go for it, if the relationship doesn't work out then it wasn't meant to be.

I tend to want to go out again with a gal that gives it up on the first date... If they are not attracted to you they will not give it up on the first date, so why should you have a second date?

Not I. I had a one night stand that turned into a 3 year relationship. No regrets...
