Sure. As long as ur kissing someone you really like or love then yeah whatever kind of kiss you share is likely to be romantic. A kiss with tongue involved is not a universal definition for a good kisser. Sure the tongue might make things better but it could be just as good without it.

A kiss isn't about the tongue or not it's the emotion and the feel of the kiss. A good kisser is when you feel the raw emotion behind the kiss. Usually the other person wil tell you whether it was good or not.

Oh Yes yes yes yes you can, A really good kisser would know this because they would be or have been doing it. I mean you cant rule the toungue out though and why would you want to? yes of course but a truly good kisser has many different ways to kiss...gotta switch it up...cocking your head to one side and swallowing each others head only works for kids
