Do you believe that your ex-partner could undergo a personality transformation after you break up with them? In other words, are they going to be the same (bore, jerk, ignoramus, bad in bed), pretty much, with the next person they meet? Or will they be a different, more enlightened partner the next time? There is a man in my life who I just discovered has met someone else, and I can't shake the feeling he'll be different with her than he was with me. With me, he barely talked at all in person but talked incessantly on the phone, was a chronic pot smoker, didn't have a job, and considered himself modest, even though he bragged a lot. Jesus, what was I thinking?!? It didn't last long.

but I am a "stay at home momma" for the meanwhile, whilst the father of my second child still lives at home with mom'n'dad, doesn't do much cept play with the foster kids that his momma pretty much takes care of while in her spare time she likes to gamble offf the gov'ts monies......and this dude is puttin me down for not havin a career (of course he's had better but still ain't workin), and every other night I'll have a few drinks and I do smoke but so does he......so I get my life paid for by the provincial gov't and federal, cuz child tax is my right no matter if I work or not, yet he's makin me feel like a fukkin loser..............seriously, is he fukked up or not????? At least I got an apartment of my own and welfare is available for everyone who needs it, like single momma's whose partners turn out to be deadbeat losers.........am I justified or just makin excuses for myself in feeling that he has no rights to JUDGE ME???

My husband is now giving extra care to his children and relatives forgetting me. Even when we are sleeping he gives me his back. Even if i talk something good he is always laughing at. At times I think he talks behind my back with his young brother whom I am staying with during holidays. Money wise. he does what he feels like. He can give his children and his young brother what ever the money they demand without my concern. I am now confused I don't know what to do. Help me before i do something terrible.

i don't want to get married, because i have a fear of divorce and not being able to leave the marriage because of finacial problems. i've seen it happen and since 50% (i believe) of all marriages go down the drain i would not like to get married. If you feel the same or have an opinion on this matter i would like to hear it.

I just have a question on how I'm related to someone. My aunt's (who isn't related to me by blood) cousin's child. I believe if it is your mom's cousin's child then they're your third cousin, but what if it is my aunt's cousin child (so no blood relation). Are we still relatives? Thanks in advance!

I met this guy 4 yrs ago,we live FAR away from one another.Im going to meet him in Feb.He seems VERY into it,we like one another alot,theres no doubt there.But he tends to avoid talking abotu it,like in general.I like to talk about what we can do when i get there,and he seems bored by teh convo.Or if i talk abotu us possibly staying togehter(i know he wants it,)but he doesn't want to talk talk abotu it.But its like,OKAY if im goin to move there,show some enthusiam to make me want to visit you first!..Is this a typical guy trait! so i dated this guy who i got really into he and i had so much in common and we were rather happy! but unfortunatley he stopped talking to me suddenly. 5 months later he emailed me out of the blue and told me that his ex-best friend told him that i never wanted to see him agian! of course he bielived him becuase well it was his bestfriend. we have started hanging out again but not actually dating he says it cant just magically go back to the way it was but does that mean it cant ever??? what should i do??

My best friend and i had a conversation the other night and he was mentioning ot me in how much he wanted to get married to the love of his life but there was something stopping the both of them. example: sometimes we'd both get off work at the same time and sit together and eat (i work at a restaurant) but today he sat away from me and when i tried to talk to him he just gave me a one-word answer. now, this was the guy who i used to catch staring and who used to ask if certain guys were 'hitting on' me and if i get hit on often and whatnot. what the hell is going on.... would you guys out there say he's playing games or should i just assume he lost interest in me?

Ok me & my guy have been together almost 2yrs now but to be honest i think we spent most of that time fighting & arguing. i get so fed up with him & so irritated that sometimes i just want 2 drop everything. I do love him & when things r good i am happy but overall i havent been. I am 31 years old and I live with my Mom and she has been acting very unusually lately. Generally she is a fairly nice lady but all of a sudden she is saying I want you out by Saturday, go to your Dad's. I am busy with school and such and she isn't listening to this. I don't pay rent though and I haven't signed a lease. Should I be concerned right now? I want to be nice to her and respect her wishes, because she is saying she needs some time to herself. But at the same time I am also sort of knee deep in my schoolwork, if that makes sense. And it's just not that convenient for me to move to my Dad's. And he doesn't have that much room for me to work. I'm not doing anything wrong by the way, I don't use drugs and I never really drink.

ok. here's the deal. ive never had a bf. ive been on ONE date and it didnt go out that well. i wouldnt even call it a date. and now im in college... sad i kno. and as im getting older. i get more upset since i keep thinking im never going to experience anything. i dont kno whats the problem!! im shy, but not THAT shy besides. im not awkward around guys or whatever. im fine with talkign to them. maybe i dont talk abou the right things? how do i get one to be interested in me? ive always been a girl's girl and never had a lot of guy friends. you think i need to join a club on campus? but then somethings i think maybe its just me. i act young for my age. and im still obsessed with kiddy movies and i guess you can call them weird obsessions. but there are weirder people out there in this world that have bfs! last year there was this one guy that i really liked. and i was thinking to myself. maybe its just me, i need to initiate things. so i told him i liked him but i was rejected.. so sad
