last night i dressed up a blow-doll (Roxy) and took her out to a nice restaurant and movie. people said this was "abnormal" behavior but i felt romantic and enjoyed myself

NO ONE can force another to love them .. and the only thing you will get if you try to do that is PAIN (Emotional).
The 2nd part of the question is just plain disturbing in many ways ... one needs to respect the deceased and let them lie in peace.

You cannot force a dead person to love you even if you dig them up, so don't waste your energy.
You cannot force a living person to love you either. You need to date around until you find someone you love and they love you back and you know it and feel it.
If you are talking of someone you have a desire for that you know and they are not interested in you, there is no way you can force this person to love you.

God never force us to love him. He give the freedom and free will since the creation of the very first human being, Adam and Eve. He he have used the robotic act as FORCE to LOVE then Adam and Eve would not sinned against God and no death will occur on this earth. But the things as you know know is the result of GOD NOT USING FORCE LOVE. That is pretty and fair also to Satan (i would say) :)
