girls like guys who can sing because they like the romantic aspect of a man singing to them but really its because women are always looking for men with traits that woud make them a perfect mate to reproduce children. subcoinciesly they think that if this man can sing then if i have children with him my child will be able to sing.

because its romantic when they sing to them but only if it sounds good otherwise its just kinda funny but that depends on the person

One point is we tend not to be assholes. Men who can sing are normally not attached to a bunch of guys whose idea of fun is punching each other in the arm, and lying about getting laid. Also, they do find it kinda sexy. Sweet.
