I need your opinion. Serious Inquiries only please.

My son's father doesnt want to pay child support anymore. He wants to give up his paternity rights. I wanted to change my son's last name but he said NO unless he doesnt pay me any more money. He doesnt see my son at all by his own will.

Should I agree for him to change my son's name and not have to pay anything at all? OR should i just let him pay and take kare of his own responsibilities??

I need to know what I can do legally when I have a Judge who woudn't put my kids dad in jail for not doing what he should, all because the Judge was the respondent's father's friend.. Isn't there something against that, or something that I can do.. ?? Because he basically spit in mine and my children's faces saying he wasn't going to do anything all out of a friendship, so he passed it onto another Judge but the problem is that my kids paternal grandfather knows alot of people in high appointments like Judge's what do you suggest that I do? How will ever find a Judge that doesn't know whom he is.??? Please help, I don't make enough money right now to cover my bills as well as get my kids some Christmas what should I do.

i ran into this guy about 8 months ago and we really hit it off,i was still bitter about catching my ex cheating on me(they r mutual friends)he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,he was such a gentlaman.things were awkward when he left the next morning,a mutual friend told me he liked me but is freaked about my ex(who still wants me back)so i saw this guy again about 2 months after that night and he came to me and said"your killing me"my ex was also there so we had to keep quiet.I thought about that night with this guy ever since.I saw him at a party a few nights ago and when he walked in he looked at me and looked away real quick.we made small talk here and there throughout the night,and later in the night we both caught eachothers eyes when we were laughing,it was like a moment we had.Then i left.Why have things never gone further?

I read about this article about this guy who got like 4 years in prison for circumcising his daughter for his religion. Now while this is an awful horrible thing, why is it that it happens to 1 girl and it makes front page news, but its done to 90% of american boys and no one blinks an eye. Studies show it decreases sensitivity by as much as 50%. Decreasing sensitivity is the purpose for circumcising a girl. While it may be worse than male circumcision, that doesnt make male circumcision right. Im so glad i was born in the UK. Thank GOD for that!!! Never had an infection an STD, or ED!!!!

Ok, I keep seeing this guy in the lift at work. Its only a minute or so and then I have to get out. But its a daily occurance and we've started chatting, the other day he said I looked exotic. I smiled and ran out of the lift.

The next time I saw him he apologised for saying it and I said thats ok, then I got out of the lift, I saw him today and he said I look pretty in my outfit. Then again, had to get out of the lift!

We only ever see each other in the lift! Ive seen him once outside as I walked past, but I did notice out of the side of my eye that he looked at me

Now heres the problem, his mates are always in the lift with him.

So I really dont know if he is having a laugh at my expense with his mates.

His mates dont look at me when Im talking to him and none of them ever say a single word.

I dont want to offer him my number as I never see him on his own and I dont want to go to his floor as obviously everyone would see.

Should I just leave this to fate?

Okay, I had a sexual relationship with this guy, and he and I pretty much have the same circle of friends, he's actually really close to all of the people, and sometimes when I would call he would be like say first and last name loudly, and then when i told him that I din't want everyone to know of our realtionship, he's like well, we did have a realtionship, and he even went on to say that he's told some people but then later on said he was just joking...and then threatened me and told me that he would tell everyone of our realtionship...and then have the nerve to smile at me, when I see him around like everything is cool, so my question is why do you think he would do something stupid like this and tell everyone?

It's pretty obvious that he doesn't care anymore. He is a very mean vindictive person to people he doesn't like. And surprise surprise he's been mean and hateful towards me lately - I think he thinks I'm standing in his way somehow.

How have you dealt with this situation or how would you deal with it? I would just like to get some ideas...Anything would be appreciated.

Ok here’s is the story me and wife just had a baby 2 mouth ago but ever since then I can’t get my wife in the mood at and I will not try to paint the picture that I am prefect husband but I do help when I come home from work I help with the baby feeding changing etc. but when we put the baby down for his after noon nap I try to seduce my wife and see is like don’t even touch me. She cleaned the instead, so when will I get to have sex with my wife again I miss it and please don’t tell me to do it may self we don’t be live in that. i've fallen in love with my bf but some questions have been raised in the past couple of weeks. for our anniversary, i wrote him a love letter. in it i mentioned that 'i have seen past his faults.romantic? i thought so. but after reading it he then asked me "what are my faults?" we had an arguement about it, my point of view being that if i told him, he would worry about it everytime we're out together, his being that we should be open about EVERYTHING in our relationship. i finally told him SOME of them and he told me that "you know i can't change that".i agreed. but later in our conversation, he said some things that came out quite odd.he's a republican and i'm a democrat and when we talk about politics, it seems as if he's trying to push my buttons. he even mentioned that he likes manipulating people into thinking what he thinks about political issues. he gets paranoid about the government and he mentioned that he would like to use a sweep in his room to check for cameras. advice?

How would any one react to their wife telling them that after almost 10 years of marriage, that they want to leave you so they can find themself. I just can't seem to be able to deal with it very well. If you still care for the person, do you tell them to get out or do you try and work it out? I am all for trying to work it out. She, on the other had said that were done, and there is nothing to work out. This had never been a bad relationship. Please help with any answer's.
