I was in a court hearing about residency of my children between me and my ex. Im glad with the outcome and the case is now resolved. But am quite dissapointed with the report that was written by a social worker. She made her assessment by interviewing my children and my ex and his new wife.. BUT she did not have time to hear my side of story!!! I appreciate the fact that the time was not enough etc.. but what made me upset is what she wrote in her report which is as follows:
"According to the available facts and assessment done, it is her professional openion that, im finding it hard to comprehend with her separation and divorce from my ex!!

This is not true at all!! for starters she did not hear or bother to listen to my side of a story! secondly i did initiate the divorce and im happily involved in a relationship now which this social worker did not bother to ask me about it. She interviewed my ex for hours and did not find time to interview me...

I've found out that my ex-wife is thinking about denying me access to my children, and is talking to a solicitor about it. This is utterly selfish and outrageous, I can't believe it and am furious off at the moment. She accuses me of the following:

When I bring them back after a weekend with me, their clothes are dirty and hair is untidy:- I accept that they are not as neat and clean as when she has them, but then she doesn't take them out to play rough and tumble in parks.
That I don't give them healthy food:- Not true, I admit I don't spend much time cooking, but I always try to give them a balanced diet, is beans on toast and then an apple a bad diet?
That I let them watch too much TV, and movies that are certified above their age:- I admit that I have let them watch Star Wars 3 and Pirates of the Carribean, but while I've been there and covered their eyes during scary bits.

Are the above grounds that could be used to deny me access?

Its, been 5 long years, and we have an 12 month old son, just the other day before i was dumped, he told me how much he love me and would marry me if i got pregnat agzin, and that he would never leave me...now the next day its, its not going to work its over, get out, i have 2 other kids also. We have made out a couple of times, but never had sex. We flirted with each other for at least 6 months before anything happened. The only time anything happens is when we just happen to run in to each other. It's just a casual friendship, with obvious attraction and a little fun. One day he said "I like you as a person, in addition to wanting you." Then we didn't see each other for 3 weeks and he said "my feelings for you haven't changed." Then he held me close for a few minutes and didn't try anything else.
The only reason I am skeptical is because he always compliments me on my looks, except for when he said he also likes me as a person.
Is it possible he is falling, or just trying to get some?

i found this perfect girl who has everything. good looking and a brain with a sense of humour. We get on really well and i have told her alot of times how i feel about her. I compliment her on everything. She was going out with a lad who was a tosser and she has just realised what type of person he was. I was a shoulder for her to cry on. Isn't telling a guy he can have sex equal to telling a woman she can have a thousand dollars and all the time she wants at the Mall? In either of these situations there is very little chance of just a terrible experience. Women don't fare so well in the bedroom, so isn't it obvious we'd not be rushing to go there?And what might be the reaction if a guy made his wife's/gf's experience sexually like that Mall experience? Or should women be trying to make it that Mall experience themselves?

Okay before you judge me, I just want you to know I AM NOT lazy.

Here's the deal... I am twelve weeks pregnant and we have a 12 month old son. I work third shift (40 hours a week), and my fiance (whom I live with) works 40 hrs a week also. We are doing just fine financially right now and I am starting to feel really tired all the time, not to mention I am dealing with alot of morning sickness (that has been happening mostly at night while I am working, TOUGH LUCK HUH? ) Anyway, I have yet to talk to him, but I would really like to cut back my hours some, and maybe only work 32 hours a week (or four nights), but the thing is I don't want to bring it up to him because I feel like it wouldn't be fair for me to not have to work that extra 8 hours. Mind you financially those 8 hours wouldn't break us though. Do you feel this would be fair to my fiance? Why or why not?

I have been with my partner nearly two years now and we have moved in together. I love him very much, but he sometimes clashes with my 15 year old son.
He works for a union and has always got an answer as he is fighting peoples cases every day, so it is very difficult when I have a point to make with him. He always seems able to twist the row around to the fact that he sees me as thinking my son cant do anything wrong, which is total crap, cos I know what a devil he can be, but so far nothing major, just silly little things that annoy my partner. I believe in dont sweat the little things and would rather my son learns by his own mistakes than being constantly nagged. There are things that he has gotta learn to ignore, how can I make him see this. It could ruin our relationship, cos at the end of the day my kids come first

My hubby has this x gf. I dont like her, she tried saying stuff about my hubby when we were together trying to break us up, we were just dating at the time! Well it's been about 9 years that he's talked to her! Well all the sudden he got her e mail and they have been talkin online and last night they were talking for 4 hours and the last week he's been talkin to her often online! He talked to her online watching a cowboys game, where as when I tried talkin to him while the game was on and he got mad at me for it! Is it wrong for me to be angry about this? Why would he all the sudden start talkin to her out of the blue? Would u all be angry too and what do u think it means? Oh and he usually is in the living room on the comp but this time he went into the bedroom and anytime I'd walk in he kinda close the computer!!! grrr...what should I do?

we r in the same skool. i know him for abt 7 yrs. b4 i never used 2 talk wid him neither he. but suddenly b4 1 yr (2005) he started talking wid me. he danced with me in a party, he started behaving really well. 4 all those i fell in luv wid him from the core of my heart. trust me he was my first true luv. that time the world seemed like a heaven to me and i used 2 laugh without any reason. but now he don even talk 2 me, i really miss those days. i tried my best 2 forget him but its impossible 4 me. quite tough! i'm afraid if he totally stops talking with me if i tell him my feelings. plez help..............wat 2 do???

Can my husband who from the age of 22 to 41 was aggressive, on a number of occasions violent, abusive, controlling, mean, a liar, secretive and boring, suddenly become charming, kind, generous, considerate, calm, funny etc etc? He moved out because I caught him cheating but comes back to our house every weekend and has become all the above. He says he wants to change but needs time to decide what he wants from life. Please read my previous question for other things he also said as there is no space to tell all on one page. Do you think he is playing for time for some reason only known to him? Legally, he can't make me sell the house till our daughter is 18. Would he go to the extent of playing happy families including taking me on holiday and sleeping with me just to keep an eye on his share of the house? I know he is still lying because he says that during the week he doesn't go out, but I have waited outside his place and seen him come home late. Why lie about it?

I find that every time my love plans fall apart I get to feel this way. I don't fall in love easily & just when I am about to say this will be the love of my life, it happens and I'm beginning to think I'll never experience the romantic bliss. (please don't mistake this for the pleasures of friendships, hobbies & work. these are all very, very different things and can't ever be compared so don't even go there. at the end of the day, you know what it's all about)

Three years ago my husband had an affair and i just found out. At first he told me it was with his buddies girlfriend then a few weeks later his story changed and he said it was with a girl that he was working with for 3 days. I was 5 ft6 and only 102 a little while ago now i have always been slim 114 being the most i have ever been and my normal weight. I lost the weight because i was extremley sick and stressed out for months and very unhappy i lost a lot of my muscle mass that i had prior because i ran crosscountry and track.Anyway in september i decided i did not want to feel like a corpse because i was only fitting into a size zero and it was fitting me baggie.So i started eating better 3 full meals and 4 small snacks plus working out with a trainer every 5 days a week.My body is now coming back i am about 110 pounds again and feel so much better about myself my face even has cleared up and i have started doing my hair again and taking care of myself.My grades in school are doing much better but my bf seems to hate these changes and makes fun of me. last friday a guy made a comment that i was hot and my bf hit the roof! what can i do?

my bf just does not understand how i feel.he does the smallest things that is unnessary but that hurts me so much. and when i tell confront him about it he gets angry with me and say that im too needy but honest im not too needy. i just ask for some attention but thats too needy.
