She replied, "I'm married and my husband wouldn't like that.

The cowboy said, "Tell him you're working overtime and I'll pay you the
difference."
She said, "You tell him. He is the one shaving you."

I like a girl and she is showing signs that the likes me, but she's playing the avoid game. We are college age!

There is this other girl who is a common friend to the two of us. Girls, is it acceptable to ask the friend to find out what's going on and if she likes me? I really don't know what else to do because she makes it hard to talk to her by avoiding me.

Come on ladies, I need an honest opinion!!!

My true love is currently unhappily married. Because of her religious beliefs, she won't leave her husband at this point. Our relationship is purely innocent at this point, as there has been absolutely no physical contact beyond a hug or two. It is very frustrating to me, as I am a single guy. Am I being stupid to wait, or should I cut my losses and just give up?

my husband of 25 yrs. goes with a male friend he has known for many years to our remote cabin in the mts. every yr. They always go about the same time of yr. and stay a week. It's not that I am insecure and have to be with my hubby every min of every day, quite frankly the time away is nice, but why would a married man want to be with a guy for that long? Am I missing something, or do I just not understand guys?? I don't work, no children at home, but I am never invited. What is your gut feeling? Oh, and a couple of years ago upon his return 2 of his viagra pills were missing from his little black duffle bag. When I asked him about this he told me he had to pay his friend back from a couple of years ago when he had borrowed some from him. He tried so hard to convince me, but I still don't believe him and he insists on still taking these trips??? Ok, let me hear from you! Thanks!

and he calls me 4-5 times a week but still has not asked me out, could it be that hes just being shy?? I tried dropping a few hints like asking him what hes doing on his days off etc. but nothing, im a little confused by all this.

Being concerned I called anyway. His Aunt answered his cell and lied and said he was sick, like I was not his girlfriend for like 5 yrs and would not give him the phone so I hung up after she finished talking without saying goodbye. Now he is angry at me but I did it because I was mad she didn't even let him know it was me on the phone and flat out lied and answeredd his cell. She could have just let it ring if he did not want to talk. Now I won't apologize for it. Do you think I was so wrong?

iv been with him for the last 5 yrs we have a pretty baby girl. for the last 2yrs we'v been havin probs. i have to ask him to hold me in bed of which he wil for a short while then say its too hot n turn the other side. he stopped kissin me even when we makin love n even when im sad or low he wont ask me whats wrong. i feel there's somethin wrong because even when i tell him im feelin sad or low he tells me to stop thinkin so much. iv told him severally that when i tel him my feelings im not expectin a " don think so much" but a hug, a cuddle or some attention but no.! this makes me feel lonely esp because he's always on the phone writtin messages if not watching a movie which he concentrates fully. what should i do iv brought the topic up several times n he says he's sorry n it wont happen again but it happens again n again. i feel so bad askin for affection from him yet he flurts so much with my friends n other woman. if he's so sweet to other people why is he not with me? help..

Why the hell am i still single, I've got all the qualities a girl could wish for, well most of them! Am i not a little bit handsome, just a tiny bit!!!! we were in love 6 years ago, he used not to confess his love, but i always felt it, and was sure of it, we broke up some times, but we were soon back together again, after 4 years , i had a proposal from another guy, i called the one i love and told him about the bad situation i was in. he told me that he has to think about it, and decied weather we can be married or not. i waited him for about two days, finally he answers by an e-mail telling me to go on alone in my lofe , never to wait for him. i actually got engaged with that guy, but we were totally different , so we break up. after that i felt great missing for my true old love , so i called him and begged him to be anything even as friends, and he agreed. i just want to know, do u really think if he is in love with me or not, putting in consideration that he is finansially able to get married now

... when you realize that the only time your long-distance boyfriend wants to let you know that he loves you and can't wait to come to you is when you mention another guy? I mean, he DOES try but he doesn't try them as enthusiastically as he does when he feels our relationship is threatened? Not lately, anyway. Which is why i'm beginning to think that losing me for another guy scares him more than losing the actual person -me- (coz of his self esteem problems)! Theres this gurl i like in my classes. I've started sitting next 2 her and once i even gave her a teddy bear and i've been really nice 2 her without her acting diferent in any way. But in the last few days i've noticed that shes acting diferently around me even asking me if she could keep the pen she borrowed from me.
