Diana is right--it's normal. Many toddlers hit or bite because they can't talk well yet. They're frustrated that they can't communicate.
One thing that can help is teaching baby sign language for at least the simple needs like thirst, hunger, tiredness, bathroom (if potty training), cold, hot, etc.
The parents should give him a time-out every time he hits, telling him he isn't allowed to hurt people (just like others are not allowed to hurt him). He'll catch on.

because the child has no discipline. If the parents don't permit it the child won't do it. Are we talking baby under a year because once they are over a year they are a child not a baby. That sounds like a 2 yr old thing and if they are not given any rules they will do whatever they want including slapping, spitting, biting or whatever else they are allowed to do. If children don't have rules at an early age they will become a problem in later life and then some doctor will say they have ADD or some such disorder so mom and dad feel better about the child they let get away with everything.

It could be that the baby has a chemical imbalance in his brain. Mentally ill people are usually born like that and sometimes the illness shows up sooner rather than later.
I work in the psych field and often, parents of troubled teens tell me that their kids were difficult from the time they were babies.
Also, sometimes babies hit when they don't get their way and you just have to move them out of the situation, even take them for a little time out until they calm down.

Kids have their own personalities and sometimes parents showing lots of love isn't enough. Kids need to be disciplined or they don't learn. My nephew is also agressive with very kind parents, but I KNOW he's not well disciplined. I've been teaching my baby "no no" and "don't touch" since she was 5 months and able to grab things. She didn't get it at first, but she's 14 months now and she knows what no means. I think you need to start early teaching kids what is and isn't acceptable. They will understand.

I would question the amount of exercise the baby gets, and what the baby is eating. If there are no health problems, then something could be mentally wrong with the baby - or the parents are mean when no one is looking.

Babies do not understand that hitting can hurt somebody. I have seen a baby repeatedly bite his playmate, without any apparent malice, even though his playmate cried every time. I have seen a two-year-old hit another child's head with a pan, then when the child cried, ask with great concern, "hurt?" He was just starting to understand. You just have to watch him and try to teach him gentle behavior, but he's too young to be left alone.

Do they deal which includes your sister the comparable way as you? in the event that they do, then they could not comprehend which you're turning out to be up and quickly you would be residing on your individual. in the event that they don't, then ask your sister her opinion. Then communicate on your mothers and dads. And if i became 17, i could be all up in those R rated movies. Ask them in case you may in basic terms dangle out with friends on say Saturday night. tell them that something of your acquaintances are going to an R rated movie, and you prefer to bypass too. The movie appeared extremely stable. in the event that they say no, tell them you're very practically an grownup and you're being coddled like a toddler and that's ridiculous. people your age could desire to get in somewhat difficulty here in there (not something extreme of direction). that's talked approximately as residing! tell them you at the instant are not somewhat lady anymore, no rely if or not they like it or not, although you will consistently be their daughter and love them. they are able to't provide up you from turning out to be up. in the event that they nonetheless stay so strict, in basic terms wait it out, not that lots longer till you're 18. then you definately can pass out and have your individual existence. = )

kids are kids, some behave more violently than others.
ive also heard babies behavior has alot to do with what the parent was doing during her pregnancy-if there was alot of yelling fighting around the unborn baby it can affect the unborn infant.

how many mths is the baby? Sometimes they become aggressive because they get frustrated and since they cant verbally express how they feel they act out. If you are loving parents then it will work out.
