If the guy is really that close to you then he knows you. He would know that you're the type of guy that would be good for her (or not depending). If you're a good guy he should have no issues but you need to explain to him and show him that hanging with her is not going to completely take you away from him because he is gonna blow up at that.

Personally if you really like her talk to her because she might not be interested because your like her brother (based on how you are talking about your buddy.).

I don't think your friend should flip. He'd probably be happy to see his sister with a guy he knows will treat her well. And he'd be really happy to know that her boyfriend would always be right there where he could kick his butt if he treated her wrong.

in case you adore your female pal then stay along with her, i think of you basically want to be such as your superb pal because of fact its a case of "want and cant have". in case you have been superb acquaintances for 8 years why did no longer the two of you're making a pass till now then? i think of your superb pal is being egocentric, if she quite had emotions for you she ought to've made it sparkling till now you bought extreme with somebody. you're in simple terms involved by how issues could be such as your superb pal, think of you bought mutually and it didnt artwork out, you may injury your friendship, it could on no account be the comparable lower back. stick such as your female pal and ignore approximately any emotions in direction of your superb pal, its on your man or woman reliable.

your friend will freak initially. if your intentions are honest, your friend will accept it. if his sister is on board with it, he really will not have a choice. go for it, but be prepared for a rough ride especially if he is close to his sister.

Tell your buddy. He should be ok with it. You would still have to spend time with yor buddy without her, like old times.
