I got a friend who got dumped by her first boyfriend. it has been a month since they broke up, and the guy has made it very clear they have no chance in the future. She says that she is still clinging to a hope that they will be together someday. She tries to put herself in situations where they will be together, and everytime she begs for him back and sinks deeper into depression.

To be the one that wears the pants in the marrage. Iam very opinionated i know what i want and the person i married isnt the same person i met and i fell in love with. so iam basiclly iam at the point where all i do is yell at him. but on the other hand it seems to me that he does sh!! on purpose to get on my nerves.

Tell me your best stories about dating and "love"....good and bad......?
Man.... this whole dating thing is soooo crappy!! Either I end up falling head over heels, and then get hurt, or the dude falls for me, and I can't stand him...... Even when things are actually working out, the whole thing is nerve-wracking!!! The whole 'who-calls-who-after-how-many-days blah...blah...blah....'
I'm so sick of the cosmo rules!!

I have had a number of online lady friends and find little difficulty coming up with snappy comebacks to some of the things they say. However, when it comes to talking to a woman in person it's whole different ballgame. Can anyone make any sense of this phenomonen coz I sure as hell can't.

My mom and I live in the same house and my sister went to flordia for no reason and left her 2 kids ( a 2yr old and a 1 month old) with my mom and me. My mom is being bitchy and yelling at me saying I need to help ( which I'm doing). She says I get nasty cuz I have a lot of issues right now such as boyfriend probs, homework, school and taking care of the kids. She is not being understanding and is yelling at me and threantining to smack me. She scares me and I have tears in my eyes as I write this. What do I do. She doesnt believe I dont have homework to do since I'm in 10th grade. I did but the teachers gave us time to do it which I did. My mom says I'm in big trouble if I get anything less then a C. Shes never been this way and grounded me for like 20 weeks. I don't know what to do.

My daughter who is a senior in high school is driving to school this year. And my son who is a freshman is riding with her. Everyday when they come home, they are fighting. She says he walks too slow, so she guns it to get out of the parking stall to go get him and then she yells at him for taking too much time. He is usually just walking and talking to his girlfriend. If her boyfriend went to school with her she would do the same thing. I just can't stand to see them bickering everyday. I think they need to ride the bus and settle this whole thing. I'm looking for suggestions on how to handle this. Teenagers can be so difficult. Thanks.

When I graduate in the Spring I'll be living in Italy for a year. I told my mom about this at the beginning of last summer but yet she has not accepted it. She actually gets angry at the subject, but I guess I can't blame her considering I'm her only child for one thing and that I'm young and female. about a little over a week ago amy friend ang had met a guy off of my space.com. well the guy that came over was a jerk and he cpmplete;y dipped on her. well 2 days later she had another guy over my house. he seemed like a decent guy, quiet but decent. i am wary of online dating because my roomie met a guy and ended up raped and caught something. well the guy felt uncomfortable so he didnt come by again. little by little my friend started acting wierd over this guy from the net. the second night she knew him she stayed in his bed. it irked me because i look out for her and she is such a great person and i didnt want her to get hurt. well 3 days ago i wake up with a phone call from this jerk calling me names and called my 3 year old daughter a name as well. i take it him and my roomie didnt get along but i shouldnt have been brought into it.well naturally i was mad and called ang and told her what happened and her boyfriend denied the whole thing. i have been best friends with this
