How come everytime i go to put a question someone deletes it, the last question I put I was just looking for friends, and someone deleted it before anyone even answered I was only trying to look for some friends is that to much to ask for?

Befor four years ago he was my boy friend.At that time I was happy.After some mounth I desieded to stop our reation b/c of some peoples.I did this befor 3 years but he try to his best inorder to change my thought but I did not.Now he is not aroud me and he lives out of our mother land.And I found him once by e-mail but is not volunter to talk with me.And he said "do not waste your time to write an electronics letter to me "but I love him. What shall I do?
Is that love???

Can misrepresentation be used as a reason for appeal,when the lawyer did not use evidence that the client had requested for the final hearing?How can one get an advocate for the child involved when there was none during the custody case?Is there a time line for appeal?Also can evidence that was used during the final hearing be questioned or thrown out (after the fact) when it was used in a misleading way ,such as a web page that was seperated in two parts but was copied and used as if it was together as a whole,which in turn made things appear in a different light,thus being misconstrued.

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 10 years. He has always said that he wants kids someday, I told him in the beginning that I never want kids and if he couldn't deal with that then leave. Well he didn't leave and never talked about kids again until this week. Now he keeps making hints about kids. Medically I can't have kids, I hurt my self very bad when I was a child. He brought up having my sister or his sister carry a baby for me. I told him no. I told him if he wants kids so bad why did he stay with me for 10 years. He said because he wanted to change my mind. I don't intend to change my mind. Now what do I do? I do love him but if he is going to pressure me with this should I leave? He even jokes about going to find a female that he can have a kid with just to have one. Does this mean that he could or has cheated? I told him that if he wnated anothing female to leave but he said he didn't want anyone else?

I live in the same house as my sister-in-law, who is very close friends with my ex girlfriend, for 7 months my sister-in-law brought this girl to my house and we eventually got it off and for 3 weeks we had a very romantic time. My sister-in-law tried everything to stop it happening and has been slagging me off to my ex girlfriend throughout this whole time behind my back. She has been giving my ex girlfriend a lot of grief. When our romance started my ex told me she loved me, she starting telling her friends about me and her 3 sons, we both had not been in a serious relationship for years and so we were both excited by this, I met her sons and got on with them really well.
But then my ex girlfriend felt very uncomfortable coming to my house , she was getting very stressed out and getting a lot of grief from my sister-in-law, then for a weekend she did the quiet treatment on me, in that time she was going out with my sister-in-law, only replying to a few texts. when finally we spoke, She dumped me, her reason was, she has know my sister-in-law for 7 years and she did not want to lose her as a friend, I asked what about her love towards me, she did not reply to that and said goodbye.
After a week my ex girlfriend has started coming back my house, we have spoken to each other but everytime in the company of my sister-in-law, I have sent her a few texts, which she has replied. I feel my sister-in-law has this amazing hold over her and has been behind the break up. I want her back, I do love her, how do I do it?

Sir,
In India, do children have any share in the property? My father has property (all on his name - not earned by his parents) beyond his earning capacity (since he was a Govt. employee) but earned by all the members of the family. We do not have any proof that we the children have contributed our income to the family. There is no proof either as to from where he (our father) has got or earned all the cash/bank balance & property. Now he wants us to leave empty handed & he has filed a civil suit stating that the property is his own earned. Can the Indian court grant us any justice?

There was a meeting held by the elders /relatives who had decided that the two sons be given two flats to live & that the business premises occupied by the sons be left to them.

Two weeks ago I met this guy. I'm a second year student at university and he has happened to be a teacher of Philosophy. He only gave us a lecture once; after that he was replaced by a woman who teaches us now. He is young and he's a philosopher. This is all I know about him. And I know this is very childish to give it much thought. I mean I've only met him twice (the second time we met was a bit of a random story. When I found out he'd not teach us again I was very dissapointed and extremely unhappy. Then as I left the university building, on my way home I bumped into him and we had a bit of a chat) and that's certainly not enough to fall in love with a guy. It's just when I see him and hear him speak I forget all the sensible thoughts and start feeling rediculously happy as a child who's got a lolly. Plus, every time I'm around him I feel some kind of tranquility and peace of mind... And I don't know what it's all about. Is it love or just the fact I'm good at Philosophy myself?
