Whether morally or not, it's completely wrong. That's why minors are getting violated it's because of perverts who think that there is nothing wrong. That's why they are minors and not adults, they cannot enjoy an adult relationship. Stop justifying that because "nature as provided them with all the basic necessities needed to enjoy an adult kinda relationship", because it's not right. There are so many adults around, let the kids play.

No, it is not right to have sex with a child just because they are as you put it fully developed. Their bodies might be fully developed but their minds are not. Just because a young teen looks like an adult, does not mean they are adults or that they are ready to take the responsibility of having sexual relationships.

Just because a teen is fully developed physically, dosnt mean she is fully developed emotionally so no, i dont think it is morally right to have sex with her if she has bigger breasts than a normal girl her age.
