Theres this guy who ive know for a while who lives at the front house and me and my mum live at the backhis so shy and never will talk much but I think he likes me?

make him feel comfortable and try to appreciate what ever he does let it be a even trfle things he will slowly start opening up.
end of the day don't get disheartened if he does not look at you the way you want him to.

i have the same problem rigth now. but what i realised is that since wer not as shy, wer the ons who have to get talking. just make casual conversation wherever u see him. start by hi, then how are u, or like what are u doing etc. u kno get a convo going and hell losen up. he migth not talk a lot at first but then u wont be able to shut him up! lol

Just ask him how he is feeling, maybe flirt a bit,that always helps. You should start wearing make-up and short skirts because i know from experience and he will start to hopefully loosen up.
When you talk to him keep the conversation going so he will feel more comfortable around you and make him do the talking so he isn't so shy.

You need to talk to him. Keep talking to him. It takes shy people like me a while to warm up to someone before we are comfortable.

just go up to him and start a convo pretend your shy and maybe tell him, that way he wont feel like his the only shy 1 and may feel comfortable around you..goodluck

well u have to talk to him , no otherway aroud it either.start with a hi when u see him and then start talkin bout different things anything just talk . he'll open up then .it takes a while for shy people.

well try and talk to him about something you know he likes to talk about...it may just take time for him to loosen up...if he is real shy..he needs to feel comfortable and that he can trust you...and i hope the best for you....

Have you ever considered the possibility that he might be ignoring you because HE DOESN'T LIKE YOU?! Maybe he's not talking to you because he doesn't want to!

start by sending him cards at his birthday and christmas try saying hi as he walks past you and just see how it goes from there
