If you have a girlfriend, but love someone else, then break up with your girlfriend.
That applies even if the person you love does not love you back.
Don't EVER treat your girlfriend disrespectfully. I don't appreciate guys like you giving men a bad name.
Honestly, you sound too naive to know what love is.

Well, it depends on how you feel for your recent girlfriend and compare it to how you feel about the other, and see if a friend can ask the older woman how she feels about. If the older woman loves you back too, and you love her more than your now girlfriend, then dump her and go out with the older girl.

If your in love with someone else. That means Your not in love with your girlfriend the same way, so that mean You probably threat her different and don't think about her the way you use to, and that's not fare to your girlfriend she's given you all she can give and you don't even fell the same way. So i think you should breakup with her, if your in love with someone else neither of you can do anything about it.

Go for the one you love,,and being she is older than you, she will be more mature than you. im 35 almost 36 and my man is 31..and we have been living together for 2 yrs. So it can work.

you are the only one that can make that decision. if you in love with the other person then why keep hold on someone that you don't love? in the long run you going to hurt your girlfriend.

Well you apparently want to expierence more that's out there, so i'd say just let your "girlfriend" go. You need to see more that's out there, if you're already fallling head over heels for another girl.

does this girl you love, love you back? if so, then don't waste your girlfriend's time and let her go. If your true love isn't trying to be w/ you, let it go and stick with the one you're with. if you can't give your g/f 100% of yourself b/c you're distracted by another chick, you need to break it off.

follow the girl you love and try everything you can to get her to respond back to you but if you see that none of the things you are doing to gain her love is working then move on and forget about her.
