I think you should confront them about it make sure you here what they have to say, cuz why would they want to take your baby away from you ?.... and i think that you should make your best impression , cuz if you mess up they have every reason to take the baby away from you. You should probably think about what your going to do, if your not comfortable with people that you think would want to take away your baby, then maybe you should leave, but make sure your in a safe & healty enviorment for you and your baby.
Good Luck

I would try to be dignified, if I were you, and don't stoop down to her level by participating in the back and forth petty bickering. You're about to be a mother ... someones role model and guide in this life... behave in the way that you would want your child to behave. Hold your head up high and ignore the fact that the other woman is acting like a child. Children shouldn't have to witness adults arguing and acting like fools...
Best wishes. And congratulations on the forthcoming arrival of your baby!

If it is coming from a man she used to date, then he could be just trying to cause trouble. Go easy with the name calling because after all, that ***** is going to be your baby's grandmother. Don't say anything if you think you can't hold your temper, because after the baby is born you will be one of the most important women in the world to her. Your baby needs roots and family, there are too many people just cutting their children off of from getting to know their grandparents, the problem won't be with the baby and the grandma, it will be with you and the grandma, I hope you remember that, and there is a whole lotta love missing in this world...Be kind....ask her softly about it, it could be a bunch of bull!

When you roll with pigs, you get muddy. It sounds like the baby-daddy's mom's ex-boyfriend is a pig to tell you something that was said in confidence. How is someone a "witch" when they're supporting your pregnant self? Saying she's going to fight for custody of the baby doesn't make her evil. Sounds like she's concerned about the unborn baby's welfare. What a concept.
No, don't give her a piece of your mind. You can't afford to lose any more of it.

how old are you? sounds like high school/ or something for jerry springer to handle, you should only worry about yourself, dont worry about her, shes a mother and she should grow up, and be more respectful, she should put herself in your shoes...and maybe she wouldnt be so rude

I just love that the phrase "my baby's daddy" is part of the American lexicon now.
