I was using internet explorer perfectly until a few days ago...it seems that my anti virus program "Pc-cillin" somehow blocked it. I receive a message that says....pc cillin has detected that the content of this site can be harmful to your computer....etc......but...I am allowed to use netscape......What the hell..sorry...I have done...I have explored everything on my anti virus program.....and still......cannot get in to internet explorer unless I first go to nestacpe...and then type in the url for yahoo. Or I must go to my antir virus program and...turn off my fire wall....which then....etc, etc...leaves me vulnerable to interent attacks..even though i have another firewall with microsoft.....I cannot even call pc-cillin because I forgot my serial number, code....when I purchased pc cillin.....lost here.......any help is greatly appreciated!....

Norton, Eraser, Spybot, Spyhunter all leave coolwwwsearch well alone. Norton will give me a fix if I pay them for it - pay my rent 2X?? Pay to get rid of rubbish and the refuse man leaves it behind!

I have xp professional on my pentiumIV desktop and tried to install the Microsoft Service Pack2, it was downloaded succesfully, when I tried to install it a notice comes that says "the expected version of the product was not found in your system". I have the version in spanish so I downloaded the recommended "Office xp multilingual service pack" and still I get the same message. I rebooted and tried to download again the Service Pack2 but immediately the same message pops up "the expected version of the product was not found in your system". Any suggestions to be able to install the Service Pack2 would be greatly appreciated.

My antivirus found this and said it could not safely remove it. I have scanned since with "Spybot S&D", "Ad-aware SE Personal" and "NoAdware". None of these found it. If you know how to remove this virus or know what it does, could you please let me know. My Pc does not behave any different.

I just wanted to know how private your e-mails that you send or read at work are. Not through Microsoft outlook but through yahoo. Can they see what you send or read? If so how can you clear it.
