Don't get Norton...it's a bloated piece of crap. Use Trend Micro PC-Cillin, or if you want a great free one, try AVG.

I agree. I bought Norton and it won't activate. It keeps telling me I have to activate and when I go through the steps, it keeps giving me error messages and won't finish the activation. Then I try to contact Norton and I haven't been able to find a contact point. I think I got ripped off.
I don't have an answer for you.

You may have to turn off your pop-up blocker and/or your other anti-spyware fire walls while you install it. be sure to turn them on immediately after installation.
