No. People change their mobile number too frequently for it to be recorded in some phone book!!

Mobile phone ownership is not tracked and is really too dynamic to work. How many different numbers have you owned and how many of them did you register? Or your mates? Or your mates kids? etc...

not just for mobiles, but you can register your number with BT for the phone book or operator services, so other people can find you.
