Hi! How often should I run spyware and adware proframmes and how do I know what is safe to delete? I'm worried that if I just delete everything that shows up, I could lose something important.

Don't really know what these programmes do, so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I bought xsoftSE and the rating says severe but when I restart my computer all of the 843 objects (some files) are right back. Did a destructive recovery, but I must have not done it right.Please Help!!!

guyz i really need help.. i have these viruses and spies and error and evereything but i cant get rid of it unless i have a credit card...
the unregistered version only scans the viruses and spies but doesnt get rid of it unless i register with CREDIT CARD..... help.... if u have a solution then give me the whole solution plz... and i dont want the answer of getting my own credit card... help plz... i dont mean to be rude or anything though if u thought it that way....

What about “McAfee Internet security”; because one of my friends said it doesn’t accept java programming files. Is that true? My brother does a lot of browsing. Thus he could affect by viruses from Internet. Thus the main reason I’m looking for Antivirus.
