Most of these sh|tty programs are only annoying, doing none or little damage to your PC. And they usually don't come with an uninstall program. And they don't usually put anything in your registry either.
First go to start and type MSCONFIG in the run command line. Select startup tab and uncheck the reference to the program name. Exit the app, The PC will ask if you want to restart, select "Later". Then do the following and restart your PC after that
Open up Windows explorer (Windows key and the letter "E" at the same time).
In the left "Pane" of the explorer window double click "My computer", then "C:\", then "Program files".
Find the name of the program in the left hand "Pane".
"Right click" on the folder and select delete. This will get rid of the application file so it should not pop up asking you for your credit details.

If you're running a properly purchased version of MS Windows, go to the Live Safety Center. It's free and fixes problems.
For information on free and effective Spyware control and Antivirus Trials, also go to MS Security Essentials
(P.S.) You DO need scans in order to delete it, or PAY what the programs you're scanning with request in order to fix the problems.

This has happened to me and it is like a fake screen that keeps popping up telling you that you have serious virus problems and the only way you can get rid of it is to purchase their software. What has happened is your browser has been hijacked. All their software does is remove the hijack. Do a search for the name of the company with the word removal, or ping me with it and any other info regarding it I can try to help find the removal procedure for you.

I suggest that you format your whole computer if you have hundreds of malware and errors. Back up all your data and reformat.
And make sure that you download some security apps after you have formatted your PC, so that the story won't repeat itself.
AntiVir is the BEST FREE Anti-Virus
http://www.free-av.com
Spybot S & D and Ad-Aware SE Personal seem to do a good job at fighting spyware and adware.
http://www.safer-networking.org
http://www.lavasoft.com
ZoneAlarm is a very good firewall.
http://www.zonelabs.com
Now that you have these FREE apps to protect your computer, make sure that your OS is up to date and don't forget to update your security software regularly.
Good Luck
