i received one excel tender document, but i hope its protected because i cant do pricing nothing its like read only file. its not like other excel file also, when i open that file its disabling all tool bar button for example sum, bold, italic, etc. i cant edit anything in that. please help me....

I suspect it contains a macro that disable all the toolbars, u need to find the password to make the toolbar visible. If you dont know the password try to crack it
There are some password cracker softwares available.

Lots of "fixes" but to be sure, dump excell and then shut down, reboot and reinstall excell.
Then shut down and reboot again. Test this software. Sometimes it takes multiple downloads to find effective software.
Also consider the driver.
First, right click this file and choose properties.
Run av scans and ah scans.
Shut down any questionable connection and reboot. Consistant problems could be met with system restore from safe mode.
