Dude.. Chill out.. No body except the police can track your cell phone..
And your life is definitely not in danger, unless you are a criminal/terroris, and you've used this cellphone for these activities. And it is definitely illegal to track you without a warrant from the court...

they should only use it when ordered by a court of law and your life is in danger only if you think it is. I just went to the website that tells you who they are presently tracking and you were on the list

If you are in doubt, just call the service provider and make a query, saying I doubt my phone calls are being tracked, if they ask on what basis you are raising this query, then you need prepare a reason to convince them why you having such doubt..
