Five a day is pretty good. I wouldn't bother yet, but it probably will get worse. The only thing that really works are filters that use databases on the internet. You can try all day to block them yourself, but the guys who send them adapt to keyword filters and they don't use the same "from" headers so that is not easy.
Reporting them works a little if they realize that you are the reporter. But they move around enough and use hijacked machines enough that they don't worry about it.

but there are others and you usually need to change the settings so that it works best for the way you use email.

Did you got spammed or the unwanted email?
But i think you can set for not subscribing some news or products in the preference. For the other email that comes from outside subscribing issue, you can also set to go directly to your junk box mail (be careful for this setting, your incoming important email might also be scanned as a junk mail if you put the wrong setting)
