Images have to be sent a separate attachments. It is an error by the sender. Not your fault.
They are not embedded in a hypertext document.

firewall has nothing to do with it. you didn't say what email program you are using. but it is either blocking the images or they weren't added to the page the right way before they clicked send.
it would help a lot to know how you get your mail

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download the item and then right click for properties, if there is an option to unblock then unblock it.can you see the pix?
if you can but cant download, then download the whole page, open it separately on your net browser, if they show tht they are tring to block active x or something then unblock

maybe your email setting needs to be changed to unblock html images by going to mail options in your email
