how often i should put it on the dock to charge. I use my computer every day and I am on it frequently throughout the day. Should I put it on the charger every night or should I just wait until the battery runs out? I just bought it and started using it the other day for the first time and the battery level option said that I have 15 days left of use and it only lasted about 4-5 days. Should I turn the power off on the back of the mouse? How do you charge your mouse? How often?

Ok so I use my computer mainly to play video games like WoW and thats pretty much it besides downloading a few addons here and there. Does anyone know why my computer keeps becoming slow? Im using an up to date anti virsus scanner and firewall, I usually scan my computer a few times a week and I defrag (optimize) my computer after I move alot of files around and once weekly. Also I clear out the browser history when Im done because I heard after a while it can slow your computer down. Does anyone know what Im doing wrong when I use my computer, I dont think its my computer though because its rather new and has more than enough ram and a decent video card to play my games.

This -5volts is usually very low amperage (0.3 to 0.5 amps.)

This negative 5 voltage was used in most HP and Compaq computers a few years ago....2000, 2001, etc.

But now, I noticed the -5 volt output does not exist in the new PSU's. But they still have the -12volt output.

Anyone know what the -5V output is used for in older PC's?

I don't know what's wrong with my laptop, I removed all my mp3 files to an external hard disk n'after that, the whole system stopped making any kind of sound. Nothing works!! :(
I tried the troubleshooting thingy but it didn't help at all & nothing changed . :|
I was thinking that "maybe" if I format, the missing thingy in the sound driver will be fixed. am I right? & How can I format a pc by myself???

Thnx.

P.s, when I opened the device manager, I found a yellow (!) on my multimedia audio controller, it said it's not sharing any files coz it's not working properly .. is that the reason? & how can I fix it?

Thnx again... 5stars to the right answer.

My keyboard was set up to American settings when I bought it. I have changed the settings, but pressing shift and 3 doesn't bring up the £ sign. Where is it on an American keyboard? (I'm typing this on a different computer, in case you were wondering!!)
