My keyboard for my pc has moved the @ sign to the " sign 1
hope that makes sense , is there a easy fix for this as the keyboard has no software , or do i need another i would appreciate some advice especially if there is a fix !

your computer is set to English US settings goto cont panel regional settings and follow your nose

It has been set to US. To change this to the UK keyboard in Windows XP you will need to go into the control pannel and then select regional language. Then on the the 3rd tab (i think) you can set the keyboard. You need to set the default keyboard to UK.

It's a very easy process.

Yep, agree with the US/UK Keyboard swap. Change this in Control panel - Keyboard

I dont think of you will consume the spaghetti in case you knew of all of the germs that assemble on a keyboard. Nasal hairs and nasal germs, rest room germs from those that dont wash their hands after the bathing room and god is conscious what's floating around interior the air. Do your self a favour and prepare dinner some greater spaghetti. forget the noodle because it is going to all finally end up in tears!

In cases like this its hardly a software fault; whether that means the OS or the keyboard drivers. It is probably a short in the keyboard somewhere, best to just replace it.. Try uninstalling and reinstalling USB root hub drivers, all of them..

or right click on taskbar and goto toolbars and select languiage bar. you will have an EN on your taskbar now near your other icons around the clock you just click on that to swap between english US and UK anytime you get the problem saves going through control panel process everytime
