Went to turn on my computer and there appears to be no power. However there is now a little light blinking on the back of the PC. Anyone know what this is.

So i bought this new computer case, because my hp763n case was to small. I don't really want to buy a whole new motherboard.
Would this be compatible with my ATX case? or is it proptietary? And just a normal 20 or 24 pin power should work with this?

I m using a P4 with 512 MB RAM. I even have recently changed the power supply. There is hopefully no virus as I am using PC-Cillin Internet Security 2006 with virus definitions updated everyday! Pls help this thing is really annoying. I have a feeling that th problem could be in the RAM but am not sure how I can solve this. The system restarts irregularly. Sometimes in a few minutes on start and sometimes after hours. The frequency is increasing as days go by.
