I have an HP scanner and it is alreadyhooked up..I just dont remeber how to scan. I mean you put the pic in but then wat? like i know you go to start...but from there my brain goes BLANK. please help. i have somethings that really need scanned. just like tell me how you run yours.

I am using a Fujitsu tablet PC. My hard disk is partitioned into c and d drives. I recently had to get a new hard drive. The old one was partitioned equally into 37.2GB sections, but this one is 40GB and 34.5GB.

But after I calculated all the space my folders are taking up, including the system folders and hidden folders, my com is still missing 1.8GB of space. Where has it gone? Only my c drive is being used and it is NTFS.

I have a HP pavillion 4900 laptop which battery is charged and computer works fine when is pluged to the outlet but as soon I unplug the power supply cable, the computer turns off even when the battery is completely charged. I already checked the system and it's recognizing the battery and it's charge but still don't want to work with just the battery. Is not the power options either. What is wrong with my laptop?

My cpu goes from 2ghz down to 900mhz every few secs because the voltage drops on its own. I have a athlon 64 3800+ x2 with windows Vista and 2gigs of ram. My bios has the voltage set at 1.344 and I have no idea why it would drop on its own randomly to 1.101. Please help

i have an Hp and well I got an virus and I reloaded my XP and now my graphics are all messed up...I seen a explamation point next to my graphic cand and it is set on the default monitor....I am not given any choices to even change the monitor, I need some assistant in fixing this problem. thanks

I want to game - most likely at 1280X1024 or maybe one resolution higher, but at maybe maximum settings graphically. I want to combine the GeForce 8800 GTS card with one of these processors. I'll probably end up getting a second 8800 GTS and running SLI, but which processor? Is it REALLY worth all that much more?

I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. It is set up with Windows xp media center. I want to set up my computer and tv so that i can watch dvds on my tv from my computer. I own a s video wire, but i don't know what else I need? Do I need a video card or would that have came with my computer? I really have no idea how to check this. All along when Ive done this I have been able to copy and paste the scanned pic into Word and edit it there, then save it to a folder. It suited me fine. Then I downloaded Picassa 2 . Trouble.
Now my pics, when scanned, open in a thing called Adobe Photo Album or something. What they opened in before I haven't a clue but it wasn't this. When I copy and paste, all that moves is the pictures title, not the pic!
So, I uninstalled Picassa but the problem is that my pics still open in Adobe. Can anyone help me with this, please?

DeLL 1501 is : AMD Turion X2 Dual-core 1.6(1MB cache) , 1GIG RAM , 256MB ATi Xpress (of which 128 is shared i think) , 80 GB Hard-drive

DeLL 6400 is : Intel CORE DUO 1.73(2MB cache) , 512 MB RAM , 256MB Intel GMA 945/950 , 80/100 GB HD

The only difference b/w them is: 6400 have these Media Shortcut buttons infront of it & has blutooth. On the other hand the 1501 have no Media Shortcuts infront of it & has no Bluetooth

I am an occasional gamer. So keeping that in mind, which one of these will give me better prefomance OVERALL ?
