My bar on the comptuer that shows how many of the internet things are up is stuck on the side instead of on the bottom where it suppose to be. my cousins were arguing over how turn it was to play the game on the computer and somehow they got it stuck on the side. How do I get it down????

I've tried dragging it down but the arrow won't turn diagonal so that i can pull it down. I can only make it skinnier.

Put your cursor (the arrow) on an open area in the bar and then hold down the left mouse button and simply drag the bar down to the bottom of the screen.
That's all there is to it.

Click on the bar and drag it to the bottom. If that doesn't work, right-click on the bar and clear the check next to Lock the Toolbar. Then try dragging the bar down again.

Click on it and drag the top corner to the bottom

Edit:
right click on the taskbar, select unlock it and try again

If using XP you will need to unlock it to reset it. This page explains it.
