how do i delte programs on ma imac and should i down load css or css ??

Hi rolly polly,
To delete a program, you simply drag it out of the Applications Folder into the Trash and empty it. There might be some other libraries and stuff. You can do a Spotlight search if you have tiger (or just use the File > Find... menu command) to search for similar files as the program name.
I'm sorry, that I don't know what CSS is (except for Cascading Style Sheets). You can usually find all sorts of software to download at VersionTracker:
