I have thrown all of the grease out of the joint and all over the underneath of my truck I bought a quick boot to put on it but it was too small the boot came with more grease so i repacked in the joint my question is is it safe to drive with a busted boot and an exposed joint and besides doing more damage to the axle is there any additional damage that could occur in another part i just bought new tires and would hate to have to replace them or any other part thanks

It appears to be necessary, to remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head, in order to access the starter mounting bolts. I hope, I am missing something. I can't believe, so much disassembly is required, to replace the starter.

The engine size is 2.0 liter. The transmission is a manual five speed transmission. The vehicle was manufactured in the last quarter of the model year.

I have spoken with a few people who say that I don't need to purchase a whole steering column. All I need is a steering case and a ignition switch. Someone else stated I did. I showed the people who told me about the case and switch pics. Is it possible to only need this or will I have to get the entire column. Please give any advice you can. This is verryyy much needed. Thanks

there are a bunch of small spots all over my windshield; they look like they could be pine tree sap (I had parked my car under a pine tree for about a year and a half) I had tried some window cleaner and a bug and tar cleaner and vinegar but the spots are still there. I have not yet tried #0000 steel wool that I have read about.

I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus. The left front brakes are metal-on-metal; however, the other three brakes are fine. The auto shop called and said they'd need to replace all 4 brakes since the calipers, etc. needed for the 1 faulty brake are sold in fours. Of course, this makes it more costly. Is it true I need to have all four done, even if only one needs fixing? Thanks.

I went their several times at first, 2005. The service was very slow and unproffesional, in my opinion. They even told me to set up an appointment to replace a tailight, while i was already their for service. Hence letting/forceing me to leave the lot with an unsafe, illegal vehicle.
So I went to Dafne Al. for service, now that the local kia has a new shop and new techs, I wanted to return to them and have them honor my tires for life. Because I felt their service was less than adiquite to fulfill their end of the contract, then. But now with a new shop, I decided to give them another shot, but was told that I broke the tires for life contract, and they would not honor it. Has this happened to you?
