I have a 1987 Jeep Cherokee with over 215,000 miles on it. The oil pressure starts out at around 60psi, then decreases to around 30psi or so when the engine warms up. I've been told that this is normal with engines that have alot of miles on them, and have also been told that this should not cause any problems as long as I maintain the correct oil level in the vehicle. Is this true?

The power window on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee Grand Laredo driver side doesn't work. I am unable to bring the window back up and here it is on a Saturday and I have no one to take it to. I have a job interview on Monday and this has to happen to me! How can I bring the window back up so that no one throws a drink into my vehicle or tries to steal it? How much is this going to cost?

The ford timing belt renewal interval is 100 000 miles / 10 years. My question is if a ford focus 1.8 petrol has covered 100 000 miles or is 10 years old, and the mechanic changing the timing belt and tensioner considers that the idler pulley is still working properly and doesn't change it, how is the car owner supposed to know when in the future it will need replacing?

This Grand Prix has 162,000 miles on it.I had new tires and had it alined last June.At various speeds,40-70,at times it has a vibration of some kind under it.Someone said it might be shocks. Two different mechanics have looked at the front end parts and said they show no sign or wear or that they need replaced.Does anyone know what might be possibliy be causing this vibration? It doesn't happen steady, all the time, just now and then, but everytime I drive the car.Seems like somthing is loose or something.I was told to keep an eye on the air pressure in the tires also.I have been doing that but slill get the vibration.Help!!!

I just got a '92 toyota paseo and the tail light fuse just blows. I'm thinking a wire is being grounded somewhere. I checked behind the lights but everything is connected correctly. Is there an easier way to find out the problem than following the entire circuit. If there isn't where should i start?

My car needs car maintenance tune up. It will cost me $350.00. Soon, it will need me to change its timing belt which will be over $500.00. I am following the maintenance schedule of the manual. Which should I do first, because I'm thinking I should change the timing belt first.
