I think it's coolant...its a neon green color. How much will it cost to fix?

It's a '97 Accord.

How much will it cost to fix? That depends on where it is leaking from.

It could be the radiator, the radiator hoses, coolant reservoir, any one of half a dozen heater hoses or the water pump - the latter being by far and away the most expensive.

Take a look under the car and feel around the radiator hoses. The hoses go out after a while, if you find a leak, it's better to replace all radiator hoses instead of just the bad one for future protection so you're not always having to replace them.

Check your radiator cap. If it is the original, buy a new one - they don't cost much. Check your hoses, radiator and heater. They may need replaced if they are hard. Especially replace them if they are original.
If everything checks out o.k., put in a tube of Alumaseal that can be purchased at any good auto parts store.
You did not mention if you have any mechanical knowledge, experience or ability. The hose replacement is not much of a mechanical job.
If you take it to a shop, it should cost less than $100.00.

well it depends on where its leaking if its leaking from the water pump it might cost a little bit but if its just leaking from the hoses you can replace them on your own and it wont cost but maybe 10 to 20 dollers for the hoses and that will be solved
