The best advise anyone could really tell you... If you don't know how to do it then take it to a certified and trusted technician that can help you.

Otherwise, go to the local auto parts store and get a manual, Haynes/Chiltons, and read up on it. Not really all that hard depending on whether or not it's front wheel drive.

The best I can say is head for your public library. They usually have manuals in the stacks concerning car repair. If not you could try a few different search engines or go to the manufacturer's site if available. If your planning to do this alone don't! Anytime you are doing repairs of any type that require you jacking up the vehicle and working under it your first rule is safety(Yes you know this but it still has to be said as it happens every year someone gets in to trouble with no one around. As for the second part of your question this is why I suggest the manual in the first place. You can not just put a amp in to the vehicle without making sure it will be acceptable to other components. Once you find the manual, perhaps a online copy you can copies from. You can decide if it is something you are able to do. Also if you need to ask what tools you will need you might consider these tools are not cheap and it might be more cost effective in the long run to just have it done. If you make a mistake(we all do) it will cost you double to have it fixed. Either way I would consider both options before just going for it. Yes mechanics are paid a lot but they do earn it.

Get a Haynes Repair Manual at the local Auto Zone or auto parts store in your area. It will troubleshoot and show you how to fix your vehicle. Also on the Auto Zone site has a section for vehicle maintenance

Basically, take the tire off. take the oil cover if present off. Take the cotter pin out of the nut. You need a big crescent wrench to take it off BUT MARK the nut though. Have a rag handy to wipe ALL the old grease out. Pack the bearings manually with new grease. Reverse the procedure and you are thru. But the book explains it better.

The wiring to a radio with no RC jacks is to buy an adaptor at Radio Shack. The Haynes has an electrical diagram also.

Unless you have a good air gun and air chisel, don't try.
