last thing i heard was a snap wen i pressed the clutch.I cant put the car in any gear but i got some1 to press it n i checked from the front bonnet..it was moving but i maybe not enuf to actually change the gear. Do i need to replace the clutch or is it just the spring i need?

One which can run 240v electrics, preferably 2 lights and maybe 1 item of high load (fridge). Only as an emergency measure. I have fair mechanical skill and the engine will be stationary mounted, I'd like to know what size of engine I'll need ,how to do it and whether it's feasible.

its a 99 ford explorer V6 It starts but as soon as i stop hitting the gas it shuts off. i can immedialy turn it on again but the same thing happens... Does any one know whats wrong with it?

I have a used truck currently, and the headlights and tailights look terrible on it. The headlights are dull and yellow looking and the tailights are dull as well. How can I restore them to there original look?

Got in it to move it up a bit, so he wouldnt get a ticket for blocking the handicap ramp. It wouldnt start, the door was open and no door chimes ringing. So I thought I would push it, just a foot or so.
Weird, after pushing it, the door chimes started ringing, so I hopped in it and it started right up. Moved it to the drive way, and its been there ever since. It wont do anything now. Help

Toyota Granvia Van. 2. seats are 2 single ones. 3. row a bench. How to take the seate out? They are all in a track mounted on the floor to move 'em forward or backward Do I have to take the tracks out? and how? or dismantle the plastic covers on the seat fittings? and then pull them apart?

I have tried to start this 4.3L 6 cylinder engine and it cranks, but does not start. Occasionally it will fire, but still it will not start up. Could old oil be the problem, I emptied the gas and put new gas in, but it won't start. And I also cleaned out the carbeurator. And what is a needle valve? Any help will be appreciated.

1988 Chevy Cavalier 2.8. was told the fuel pump was IN the gas tank. Now someone says it is on top. dropped the tank, seen a "cap" like thing with 3 metal lines (all shot by the way) and one electrical. is that the fuel pump? I have checked online (autozone) and no photos. Problem: in short, the car would crank, no start. pour gas in carb, would run til gas ran out. had a 1/2 tank until i cranked it, then dropped to nothing. So back to question; or do i need to replace the whole gas tank? thanks so much.

I have a '98 Grand Am and have noticed that when the dial for the vents for air or heat is off there is a hissing sound, but when I put the air or heat on there is no sound. Anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks
