I doubt it. businesses almost always have liability insurance that excludes claims not of their own negligence.
Good luck with your own insurance.

The question needs elaboration whether the car was broken by another employ and some thing fall over it and so..... However if it has been broken by a person other than employer then that person is to pay the damages and if it broke as a result of work being done for the employer then in this case the employer is responsible otherwise the insurance companies.

Companies like most parking facilities do have signs up stating you leave your car at your own risk. you pay for the space your car takes up and nothing else!
If they have CCTV you can ask for it to be viewed by the Police. Insurance is crap when it comes to incidents at a work places as you are sometimes not covered (yet another loophole).
No signs no policy seek legal advice someone will assist you!

You probably never seen a policy stating that but if you try to claim damages, they will probably show you that policy.
It most likely is in view somewhere you don't see quite often.
I work in a building with a garage underneath it.
If you walk around the garage, in certain areas you will see a sign that states management is not responsible for any belongings inside your car.

You might try this question under another "Law" or something to attract answers from lawyers rather than mechanics. But maybe you'll get lucky and get a lawyer-mechanic to answer. ;)
Being neither, I can only guess that there is the potential for liability on the part of your employer if negligence can be shown in terms of taking reasonable precautions against such crimes.

Is the parking public or private? We had a car broken in to at our community center and they said there was nothing they could do to help us.

Your employer isn't responsible. File a claim with police and your auto or property insurance (if items were stolen from your car) should pay it.

That's what insurance is for. Don't take it out on your employer.
