I have a used truck currently, and the headlights and tailights look terrible on it. The headlights are dull and yellow looking and the tailights are dull as well. How can I restore them to there original look?

Well if they are yellow and Dim looking that means ur alternator is going bad. replace that and It will improve ur Headlights brightness quite a buit. As for the tail lights log on to the maker of the car and see if you can get OEM parts for it

well i use PLAST-X its a red bottle and you can find it at autozone pepboys oriellys and walmart. this thing really worked a miracle on my 97 sho tailights are really red and head lights are crystal clear. directions= get a buffing pad and a terry towel shake the bottle for a few seconds and then pur like a quarter size amount on terry towel and apply to the head light in circualar motion for like 30 seconds. then do the other after your done with the other go to the firsst one and clockwise motion buff and take off haze from head light. maybe for like a minute your done with the first repeat on the other head light then do the same procedure on the back lights.

But my bro has a chevy suburban 94 and we tried it on his the fuzzy layer came off but the light was still yellow so he just bought a cheap set in ebay and they were the clear euro ones now it looks great and on top of that the lights now are like wow. He lights up the whole street or block when going down the road.

get the polish. "Mothers" makes a plastic polish that is specifically for dull faded plastic. It works great!
