Call the local junk yards. Most of them can tell you if thy have that car and if it is still there
These places are also called Pick-A-Part
it wont be cheep, about 150 or so depending on where you get it

Go to ebay and in search type
02 buick century cluster

if you dont find it one day try the other day or go in to the ebay stores they might have it. Trying every day for like a week I think you can find one.
