How to remove the 2. & 3. seat row in a van?

Toyota Granvia Van. 2. seats are 2 single ones. 3. row a bench. How to take the seate out? They are all in a track mounted on the floor to move 'em forward or backward Do I have to take the tracks out? and how? or dismantle the plastic covers on the seat fittings? and then pull them apart?

there should be a little lever at floor level under each seat to release them from the tracks for removal. good luck
