I moved to Wisconsin for a little while and I had to get it registered there, now I'm living back in Illinois. The insurance policy still is for IL.(I never changed it) 90% of the time the car is driven in IL. Is that ok to do with plates from Wisconsin?

I heard that the last two numbers in your drivers license number is how many people there are that have the same name as you in your state. Like, if my name was John Smith and there were 34 of them in Wisconsin, the last two numbers of my license number would be 34. Is this true?

A few days ago, I got into an accident and the car got totalled. The insurance company agreed and totalled the car. Now I still have 1 year left of payments, does the insurance payout cover that?

Driving in the UK today, my car was hit by a car from behind. becuase of that , my car lurched forwards and crashed into a car in front.
The car in front did not suffer much damage. I have third party insurance. Who pays who ? Should i settle with the guy in front to protect my no claims bonus ?

My cosigner is trying to keep me from driving my own car. The registration and insurance is in my name only, yet she thinks she has first rights to the car. We were sharing the car because we live together, but I went away for three weeks and left her with the car. Now I am back and she doesn't want to let me use my own car. I have made all of my payments, this is the 13th month of the loan. I wanted to know if I could remove my name from the loan and leave the car with the cosigner without penalty? So that I would be able to get another car for myself? Or is this not possible?

my dad has a range rover sport, 55 plate, 4.2 litre engine, i was wondering whether or not i would be able to get insured on it - as a named driver (not insured as owner of car)?
im 20 years old, had my licence for about 2 & a half years, clean i.e. no accidents. i know to be insured would be really expensive, but i was just wondering whether it was actually possible. if it isnt, is there any alternative getting insured whatever the price. if so could someone tell me the type of companies that would allow me to be insured. thanks.

i feel so guilty. The car in front of me turned and the car infront of him had slammed its brakes, i slammed mine and the car in back of me rear ended my car. My mom's making me go to the hospital, just in case i have any injuries, but i just feel like a completely moron...

Should i go to the hospital? Also, if it caused damage to his car does my insurance have to pay for it?
